1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Revelation Technologies, LLC ("Revelation Hosting," "we," "us," or "our") at revelationhosting.com and the associated hosting dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Revelation Hosting provides dedicated and shared game server hosting services, including server provisioning, management tools, automated backups, mod support, and related infrastructure. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing pages.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Billing and Payments

  • All payments are processed through PayPal. By purchasing a service, you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. We will provide notice of price changes before your next billing cycle.
  • We offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee on new service purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the initial purchase.
  • Refunds are not available for subscription renewals, upgrades, or services that have been active for more than 72 hours.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Host, distribute, or link to illegal content
  • Launch or facilitate denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against any target
  • Run cryptocurrency miners, botnets, or other resource-abusive software unrelated to game server hosting
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' servers, accounts, or our infrastructure
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software
  • Use our services for spamming, phishing, or social engineering
  • Resell our services without written authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately and without notice if we determine that a violation of this acceptable use policy has occurred. No refund will be issued for services terminated due to policy violations.

6. Server Resources and Fair Use

  • Each server plan includes a specified allocation of RAM, CPU, and storage. Usage beyond these allocations may result in reduced performance.
  • We reserve the right to take action if a server's resource consumption negatively impacts other customers on shared infrastructure.
  • Game server hosting resources are intended for running game servers and directly related tools (e.g., mods, plugins). Running unrelated workloads is prohibited.

7. Data and Backups

  • We provide automated backup functionality as a convenience. While we take reasonable precautions, we are not liable for data loss.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data, including world saves, configuration files, and custom content.
  • Server data may be deleted after a service is cancelled or expires. We do not guarantee retention of data beyond the active service period.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable, high-uptime hosting. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Emergency maintenance to address security vulnerabilities or critical issues
  • Factors beyond our control, including network outages, hardware failures, or force majeure events

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including text, graphics, logos, and software) is the property of Revelation Technologies, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to your game server (world saves, configurations, custom mods you create). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the hosting service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revelation Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revelation Technologies, LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

  • You may cancel your services at any time through the hosting dashboard or by contacting support.
  • We may suspend or terminate your services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Server data may be deleted after termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
