Standard rides our HDD arrays — plenty for archival workloads, media libraries, and documents. Premium rides the same SSD arrays our Premium game-server tiers use — faster IOPS for actively-edited shared-storage use cases. Same FTP access model on both.

sizing guide

Which tier fits?

Real shapes we see on the existing volumes. Pick what matches your community today — migrate up later through support if you grow past it.

Starter

Small community archive

Onboarding docs, event materials, a couple of archived Minecraft worlds. 100 GB is usually enough for a clan that doesn't produce a lot of video content.

Tier: Starter · 100 GB
Standard

Content-team media library

Recorded gameplay, thumbnails, project files, raw footage stash. 500 GB lets a content division share working files without passing 4 GB clips through Discord.

Tier: Standard · 500 GB
Pro

Long-term world archive

Manual backups of old Minecraft worlds, ArmA missions, Valheim maps you've moved off but want to keep. 1 TB covers years of archival for most communities.

Tier: Pro · 1 TB
Enterprise

Large community vault

Combined content library, world archive, and onboarding docs for big multi-game communities. 5 TB headroom for the stuff you'll want years from now.

Tier: Enterprise · 5 TB
add-ons · support plans

Lower-priced paid plans default to Basic; upgrade to Standard or Premium for response SLAs. Default support plan on most paid servers. Tickets are answered within 8 business hours and routed to a higher-priority queue than Basic. Live chat available during business hours. Top of the support queue with the fastest response SLAs we offer: 2-hour ticket response, 30-minute live chat response, and 24/7 coverage including weekends and holidays.
add-ons · backup plans

Pick your backup frequency.

A default backup plan is included on every Storage Account. Higher-frequency plans retain more history and suit actively-edited volumes.

Frequency Every 2 weeks Every week Every day

important to know

What Storage Accounts are not.

Storage Accounts are a standalone product — a Google-Drive-style shared folder for your community, accessed over FTP. They don't do any of the things you sometimes see in storage-product pricing pages, and we'd rather tell you upfront than have you discover it at checkout:

No iSCSI attach to game or dedicated servers
No snapshot plans (scheduled backups only)
No cross-region replication
No self-serve resize or HDD↔SSD class change (contact support)
what's under the hood

The infrastructure behind your volume.

Same tier of infrastructure our game servers run on — just exposed through FTP instead of mounted to a VM.

questions

Before you order.

Standard HDD or Premium SSD — which one do I want?
Standard (HDD) for archival, media libraries, community docs, old world-save backups — anything where you're uploading once and reading occasionally. Premium (SSD) pays off for active-edit workloads: a content team working on live project files, frequently-updated media, anything with a lot of small reads and writes through the day. If you're not sure, start with Standard — we can migrate you up to Premium later.
Can I attach a Storage Account to my game or dedicated server?
No. Storage Accounts are a standalone FTP product — they don't mount to your servers and aren't an extension of them. Files go in and out over FTP only.
Do your automated server backups write into my Storage Account?
No. Game-server backups stay on the game-server infrastructure. A Storage Account is for files you upload there yourself.
How many FTP users can I create?
Multiple — each with its own username, password, and 8-flag permission set. Self-serve from the dashboard once your volume is provisioned.
How do backups work?
The Bi-Weekly Backups plan is included on every Storage Account, with 2 backups retained. Upgrade options:
  • Weekly Backups — a week-cadence, 4 backups retained (+$5.00/mo)
  • Nightly Backups — a day-cadence, 14 backups retained (+$25.00/mo)
Can I resize later?
Not self-serve today. If your capacity needs grow, contact us and we'll provision a new volume at the target size and migrate your data during a scheduled window.
Are there file-type restrictions?
No. World saves, video files, images, documents, archives, mod packs — whatever your community needs.
How does ordering work?
Start an order, pick your class / capacity / region / add-on plans, and complete the PayPal subscription. Your volume provisions automatically, first FTP credential lands in the dashboard, and you can add more FTP users from there.

Pick a class, pick a size, set it up.

Your volume provisions as soon as PayPal clears. Add FTP users and tune per-user permissions from the dashboard.
