FTP access

Read-write FTP to your server files with dashboard-scoped credentials. Toggle FTP on at checkout or any time from your dashboard.

Automatic backups

Scheduled snapshots of every paid server, pushed to cold storage on our own infrastructure. Retention varies by plan; restores are handled by support to make sure nothing unrelated gets clobbered.

In-dashboard mod management

For supported games, browse and install mods from the dashboard — no FTP-upload dance, no hand-editing config files. We handle the install path, the version pinning, and the restart sequence.

RDP access DEDICATED SERVER

Remote-desktop access to your Dedicated Server, through our VPN. Scoped to your game-server workspace. Dashboard-scoped credentials that rotate on request.

Team permissions

Invite co-admins, share specific servers, scope credentials per-user. Every action is logged on our side for incident review.

Dedicated VMs

Every Game Server is its own VM with enforced CPU/memory/disk boundaries. No co-tenancy, no noisy neighbors.

Memory matched to the workload

Enterprise tiers run ECC DDR4 — silent bit-flips in consumer RAM ruin worlds, and ECC corrects them. Performance tiers run DDR5 tuned for raw per-core throughput on game-server workloads. Pick the tradeoff that matches your fleet.

NVMe SSD option

Premium tier uses NVMe SSD for faster world saves, server startups with large modpacks, and backup restores. Standard tier uses iSCSI-backed HDD with redundancy.

DDoS protection

Network-edge mitigation on every tier. Attack traffic absorbed upstream; your VM sees only filtered traffic.

1 Gbps uplinks

Full 1 Gbps port to the public internet on every Game Server and Dedicated Server.

No player caps

Every tier uncapped on player slots. Limits are dictated by hardware, not a dashboard switch.

Curated Minecraft loaders

Paper, Fabric, NeoForge, Vanilla — plus version pickers that pin builds to the Minecraft version you want. For games without managed mods, file-drop via FTP.

Mod loader switching

Swap between Paper, Fabric, NeoForge, or Vanilla from the dashboard. Picks the right build for the Minecraft version you want.

Support-assisted restores

Griefed? Corrupted save? Open a ticket and we'll walk the restore with you — every pull is done by a human who checks you're not about to clobber something unrelated. Slower than one-click, safer by design.

Config editing

Edit server properties, JVM flags, modpack configs from the dashboard or via FTP. Changes take effect on restart.

Version updates

Bump Minecraft versions, mod-loader builds, or game patches from the dashboard. Orchestration handles the stop / update / restart cycle safely.
